These terms apply to the public NextAccord website and pre-release inquiries. Subscription terms will be presented separately before a paid account is created.
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to nextaccord.com and related public materials operated by Pink Huron LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Website use
You may use the website to learn about NextAccord, review product and pricing information, contact us, and request access. You are responsible for providing accurate information and using the website lawfully.
3. Product and pricing availability
NextAccord is under active development. Features, integrations, allowances, pricing, timing, and availability may change before a subscription is purchased. Website descriptions are informational and do not create a service commitment unless included in a separate written agreement or checkout confirmation.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass website security.
- Do not scrape the website except as permitted by law.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent information.
- Do not violate privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam, or other laws.
- Do not reverse engineer non-public systems or credentials.
5. Content and ownership
The NextAccord name, visual design, content, and related materials are owned by Pink Huron LLC or its licensors. Public content may be viewed for personal or internal business evaluation but may not be republished or commercially exploited without permission.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party infrastructure and communication services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
7. Disclaimers
The website and pre-release information are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Huron LLC disclaims implied warranties. NextAccord does not provide legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or real estate advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Huron LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the public website. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Michigan law. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version.
